Shipping policy

AT WTP our standard ground mail service is via FEDEX and or DHL. Your order will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks after order being placed.

Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or on any holidays. 

Please Contact the shipping Carrier for issues with your package using your tracking information that we provided.

Please Note that Shipping fees apply to all applicable orders. 

Please note that when you place an order with us, the liability for your package is between you and the carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

If your order is defective upon arrival please write us using contact form so that we may best solve your issue.
