Refund and Exchange policy

Unfortunately all sales are Final. We do not accept No refund or exchange ( NO EXCEPTIONS)  Unless your order comes defective or we sent you the wrong items. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, please contact us immediately at sales@wholesalethrowpillows with photos of the damaged items and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly and provide a refund for the damaged products.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or returned ( Pillow inserts) also custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and all  Furniture.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns nor exchange  on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the gift card or store credit provided.

Please Note: We only issue gift card or store credit for exchanges or refunds.

 


International 

All Sales are Final. Meaning we won’t accept return or exchange Due to the time it will take to resend. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll will receive a gift card or store credit for the same amount excluding shipping.
If more than 3 days business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received a credit, please contact us at sales@wholesalethrowpillows.com.
